Shadow Lakes in Brentwood continues to be a desirable neighborhood for home buyers, with large homes, golf course views and some of the areas most popular Brentwood schools drawing families to the West side of town. But the inventory of homes for sale in Shadow Lakes remains low, and most of the sales are still foreclosure related.
There are currently 7 homes for sale in the neighborhood, with an average list price of $384,000. The highest list price in Shadow Lakes among active listings is $480,000. The lowest is at $320,000. Four of the seven properties offered are potential short sales.
There are 21 Pending Sales in Shadow Lakes, with an average list price of $334,000. The highest list price among pending sales is $443,000. The lowest is at $200,000. There are two bank-owned homes pending, one relocation sale, and the 18 remaining transactions are potential short sales.
There were 2 Closed Sales in Shadow Lakes in April. 378 Roundhill Drive sold for $397,500 and 2504 Landsdown Court closed at $440,000. Both sales were of “investor flip” transactions. Download the details on all these houses below.
